The cut off for one week into the next is Wednesday night. Each Thursday I will check all comments, reply to questions, and gather all the IDs for the drawing. Holidays aside, the diamonds should normally be sent out Fridays.
All entries are placed in a list, sorted to remove duplicates, then a random number generator picks the winners. The drawing is recorded and sent to the Community Manager to control for fairness.
