Big game update today! The official announcement:
👉 The game will see new monthly events that will be launched on May 1st. Subsequently, new seasons with unique rewards will begin every month
– The Royal Challenge: by earning towers in various activities and by completing weekly quests, you will be able to get various additional rewards
– The Champions League: an Arena event. Earn helmets by fighting in tournaments and winning! Get extra rewards to increase your squad’s power
👉 The game now features a new type of combat items, Totems. They can be enhanced by using wood and spirits. When a Totem is imbued with spirits, it becomes stronger and grants your units additional stats. Legendary Totems will also grant a unique ability that is unlockable by enhancing a Totem. By breaking a Totem, you will get some of the spirits the Totem was imbued with. Totems and spirits are obtainable from the Arena Store
👉 New levels for resource storage facilities are now available when the Throne Room is at level 11. Rooms can be upgraded to increase their capacity
👉 Time for accumulating lanterns and obtaining Elixir chests from the Lighthouse increased from 1 to 7 days
👉 The Arena Store now has new souls, essences, and materials for crafting two new sets:
– The Blade King is a warrior equipped with daggers and plenty of armor. He casts debuffs within an area around himself, and he can instantly kill an enemy
– The Ice Angler is a mage equipped with a staff who freezes enemies on the battlefield and is immune to certain debuffs
Totems

New sets
There are two new sets that we buy the materials (ir essence) from the Arena shop. The official descriptions from the announcement are:

The Ice Angler is a mage equipped with a staff who freezes enemies on the battlefield and is immune to certain debuffs”
I’ll be adding these to the list of ancient sets ASAP. As well as to my spreadsheet for tracking ancient rolls. I also give my opinion on them based just on description in my 29.04.2022 video.
I’m also asking if I can have one to test… If I do get one I’ll definitely be making a full video on that!
Totems and these sets are going to be demanding on our Badges. But don’t worry — there’s more! It also says that the arena store will have new souls.
Of course the best armor and weapons are event items. But the best souls come from the arena. So, I’m excited to see what these will be. But also very worried for how I’m going to pay for it all.
In answer to that, the Pirate-League-like Arena’s “Champion’s League” is expected to launch Sunday, May 1st. Along with the “Royal Challenge” new monthly event, which I can only guess what will be.
